Q + A

When do I need to submit my RSVP by?

To help us with our planning, we ask that you RSVP if you can or cannot attend as soon as possible. However, the official deadline is February 22nd to provide our venue and vendors with a final headcount.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors. However, there will be a covered wrap around balcony for you to enjoy during cocktail hour and the reception.

What is the dress code?

This is a formal event, and we would love to see our friends and family get dressed up with us! Our wedding dress code is black tie optional. We kindly ask all women to wear a floor length formal dress and men to wear either a dark suit and tie or a tuxedo. Please do not wear jeans or colors traditionally reserved for the bride.

Can we bring our kids?

While we love your little ones, due to number limitations and venue rules, we are only able to invite children 8+. Your children are invited if named on your formal invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us!

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

In order to ensure we are fully present, we will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask that you turn off all phones/devices during the ceremony portion of our wedding. We have hired an amazing photographer and will gladly share all the photos with you once we receive them. Please feel free to take all the photos you would like during cocktail hour and the reception, we can't wait to see them!

Can I bring a plus one?

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless their name is specifically indicated on your invitation. We want to ensure that we are surrounded by our closest friends and family and appreciate your understanding.

Will there be parking?

Yes, there will be complimentary valet parking for all guests! We will take care of tipping the valet staff so don't feel obligated to bring cash.

What time should I arrive to the venue?

We ask that you arrive at the venue 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony starting. The recommended time of arrival is 5:00 PM.
